What happened?
The Higher Regional Court of Munich dealt Viagogo a defeat in a legal dispute with the Bundesliga. The ticket platform is not allowed to offer tickets before the official sale begins. Certain business practices have also been banned. Viagogo can still request a review by the Federal Court of Justice.
Why is this important for FC St. Pauli?
